Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Alongside your order number or proof of purchase.


If your return is accepted, we’ll coordinate getting a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once an issue is confirmed and identified we will coordinate an exchange or replacement shipment.

Exchanges
At the moment we don't accept exchanges except in cases of product damage and issues.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
If we have identified a damaged item or issue and you've elected to not exchange, accept a replacement of the same product, or if we cannot fulfil a replacement due lack of inventory. Or if your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank to process the payment. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at Support@arknightsbean.com.


Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full, once items ship it can no longer be cancelled.

Regarding Pre-sale/Pre-order Figures over $100CAD we have a Flat $50 CAD fee for any cancellation for these figures, please do not order expensive figures if you feel like you might regret your purchase. 

Regarding the same In-stock / on-hand Figures over $100, if you cancel your order before it is shipped the refund will be in full like any other product.
