Where we ship
Arknights Bean ships from Toronto, Canada, to most countries worldwide. All prices and shipping rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Pre-order and pre-sale items
Pre-order items ship once they arrive at our warehouse. The estimated release date is listed on each product page. If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, [we ship them together once everything arrives / we ship in-stock items first].
Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control can happen.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and they are the buyer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order ships, we can't change the address.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your package shows as delivered but you didn't get it, contact us at Support@arknightsbean.com. We'll work with the carrier to help find it.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
To start a return, email Support@arknightsbean.com. If your return is approved, we'll arrange a shipping label and send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away. Once we confirm the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or exchange.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The same condition rules apply: unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. This covers approved returns, and damaged items where you chose a refund or we couldn't send a replacement. Your bank may need extra time to process it. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, email us.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before they ship are fully refunded. Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled.
- Pre-order figures over $100 CAD: a flat $50 CAD cancellation fee applies. Please only pre-order expensive figures you're sure about.
- In-stock figures over $100 CAD: fully refunded if cancelled before shipping, like any other item.
